1. Heat of the oil to 170℃~180℃ and fry pork for 3~4minutes. Chop garlic, onion, pepper bell thinly.
2. Fry garlic, onion and pepper bells on greased-frying pan. Add oyster sauce, water, sugar and pepper powder until sauce is pluppified.
3. Serve sauce over fried pork and put sliced perilla leaf on top.
