1. Heat of the oil to 170℃~180℃ and fry pork cutlet for 3~4minutes. Cut onion into thick slices and slice garlic thinly.
2. Heat oil in pan with garlic and onion. When they are done, mix sauce according to the measured amout and boil it for few more mintues.
3. Cut fried-cutlet into bite-sized pieces. Pour prepared-suace over cutlet and place sliced green onion on top.
