1. Heat of the oil to 170℃~180℃ and fry pork sirloin cutlet for 3~4minutes. Slice oinion thinly.
2. Pour water and katsuo sauce into pot and add kimchi with sliced onion when it is boiled.
3. Serve prepared-sauce over bite sized pork sirloin cutlet and add mozzarella cheese on top.
※ Add Korean red pepper or red pepper powder to your preference.
