1. Salad-vegetable cut into bite-size.
(salad-vegetable fluctuates according to season such as lettuce, chicory, etc). Cut cheery tomato in half.
2. Heat of the oil to 170℃~180℃ and fry pork sirloin cutlet for 3~4minutes.
3. Place salad vegetable, baby vegetable and cherry tomato on dish then pour honey mustard on it.
Cut pork sirloin cutlet into 6 pieces and put it on salad with cutlet sauce.
