1. Put 2 tablespoons starch powder into bowl, coat shrimp with starch. (The shrimp: drain off excess water using paper towel)
2. Mix 4 tablespoons starch powder and egg to make paste. Put starched-shrimp into paste and fry it for 4 minutes with 170℃
3. Mix prepared-sauce (mayo-base) according to the measured amount; Serve sauce over shrimp.
