1. Soak glass-noodle in cold water for 20minutes. Put water(400ml), Katsuo-sauce, sugar, soy-sauce, and Mirim into a pot.
When it boiled, add chicken drumsticks with glass-noodle.
2. When chicken is almost cooked, add onion and green onion; pour beated-egg. Turn off the heat and cover it until egg is poached.
3. Put rice with prepared-ingredients on dish.
