1. Boil glass-noodle in boiling water for 6 minutes~7 minutes.
Gently rinse glass-noodle in cold water for 3-4 times and mix it with small-amount of oil to maintain chewy taste.
2. Chop fish cake, carrot, and radish thinly, then gently blanch parsley, carrots and fish cake.
Mix glass-noodle with prepared-ingredients, chopped-seaweed flake, and sauce on dish.
