The R&D Center was first founded in 1993 and, since then, it has played a leading role in advancing the food industry. With its cutting-edge equipment, professional researchers and 3,000 different ingredients, Dongwon has accumulated a database of over 30,000 recipes. By forming alliances with leading global food companies, the Institute carries out research projects, develops technologies, creates customized solutions and provides products reliably. Its research area covers products for large-scale corporate environments as well as individual home kitchens, including sauces, dressings, condiments, premixes, syrups and fast-cooking food items.
